Wamina Loop ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of business owners and the customers of those businesses. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email, phone number and business details.
• Customer data: the names, contact information, addresses and notes you add for your customers.
• Job data: service details, schedules, amounts, statuses and messages.
• Photos: before/after photos you upload, stored in encrypted private buckets.
• Usage data: anonymized analytics about how you use the product to improve it.

2. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. See our Cookie Policy for details.

3. Authentication

Authentication is handled by our infrastructure provider. Passwords are salted and hashed — we cannot read them. Optional Google sign-in exchanges only your email and profile name.

4. Payments

Wamina Loop does not process customer payments. Payment requests link to your third-party provider (Cash App, Stripe, Venmo, Zelle, Square, PayPal). Your customers' payment details never touch our servers.

5. Photo storage

Photos are stored in private buckets with row-level security. Only you and members of your business can access them. Photos can be deleted at any time from the job detail screen.

6. Third-party integrations

We use a small number of trusted service providers for hosting, database, storage and AI message generation. We share only the minimum data required for those services to function.

7. GDPR (EU users)

You have the right to access, correct, port and delete your data. Contact privacy@waminaloop.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

8. CCPA (California users)

You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

9. Your rights

• Access, export or delete your data at any time.
• Cancel your subscription and account with no lock-in.
• Request a copy of every message and photo tied to your account.

10. Data deletion

Email privacy@waminaloop.com to permanently delete your account. We'll confirm within 7 business days and purge all data within 30 days from backups.

11. Security

Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest, row-level security, and regular security scans of our backend.
