User responsibilities

You agree to use Wamina Loop lawfully and respectfully. You are responsible for the messages you send and for ensuring you have permission to contact the customers you upload.

Account usage rules

You must provide accurate signup information, keep your credentials secure, and not share your account. One business per account unless otherwise agreed.

Subscription and billing terms

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case.

All payments are processed by trusted third parties (e.g. Stripe). We do not store full payment card details.

Acceptable use policy

No spam, no harassment, no illegal content. Do not use Wamina Loop to send marketing to people who have not opted in to hear from your business.

Limitation of liability

Wamina Loop is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Account termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Wamina Loop name, brand, software, and content are owned by us. You retain ownership of the content you upload.

Data responsibility clarification

You own your customer relationships and data. Wamina Loop is a workflow and customer engagement platform — not a data storage company. Third-party cloud infrastructure providers may securely process and store data on our behalf.

Messaging and communication compliance

You are responsible for complying with all applicable communication laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) when using Wamina Loop to message your customers.

Wamina Loop is a tool to help you communicate with customers. Results vary based on your business, audience, and messaging. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
