Terms of Service
By using Wamina Loop you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. Subscriptions
Wamina Loop offers a Free plan and paid Starter and Pro plans. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled.
2. Billing
Paid plans are charged in advance each month. Prices are in USD. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't use Wamina Loop to send spam, illegal content or abusive messages.
- Don't attempt to breach our security, reverse-engineer the product or scrape data.
- Comply with all applicable laws when contacting your customers (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
4. Cancellation
Cancel any time from Settings. You keep paid features until the end of the current billing period.
5. Refunds
We offer prorated refunds within 14 days of your first paid month. Contact support@waminaloop.com.
6. Intellectual property
Wamina Loop, our logo, product design and code are our property. You may not copy or resell the service.
7. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
8. Photo ownership
You own the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and display them to you and your team within the product. We never share or sell your photos.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wamina Loop is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with reasonable notice where possible.
11. Dispute resolution
Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved by email. Unresolved disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in the state of Delaware, USA.
12. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you by email of material changes.
